Refund policy
Please note that with the handmade, made to order nature of these products, there is a processing time of 7-10 business days (not including holidays or weekends) BEFORE your items are shipped. Please note this is an estimated time frame. Though I do try my absolute best every month to get orders out in this time frame there may be delays due to high demand.
Returns
We do not accept returns at this time due to the fact that items are made to order and due to sanitary concerns. Please review item descriptions before purchasing. If you have any questions regarding an item please send any questions in prior to purchasing.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item please email brunchkrewe@gmail.com immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will assess the situation and either send a replacement or you can automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or original payment method to post the refund.
Exchanges
No exchanges are allowed at this time due to sanitary concerns. All sales are Final.
