Shipping policy

Please note that with the handmade, made to order nature of these products, there is a processing time of 7-10 business days (not including holidays or weekends) BEFORE your items are shipped. Please note this is an estimated time frame. Though I do try my absolute best every month to get orders out in this time frame there may be delays due to high demand. I run all aspects of this business by myself so things can get backed up at times. I do appreciate the kindness and patience when these delays happen. 

If you need your items earlier, especially for a holiday or event, please contact me prior to placing your order and I will let you know if I can get it to you in that time frame.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Only packages shipped with priority shipping are eligible for a refund or replacement if lost. In this case, please reach out to your local USPS office as soon as possible. 

No refunds or replacements will be sent to orders marked as "Delivered". In this case please contact your local USPS as soon as possible.
